"Most service based business owners don’t need more information...
You’ve got plenty. Too much, probably..."
You’ve likely read so much content that you can’t even really tell what’s good solid business advice vs what’s junk anymore.
And this over consumption bleeds deep into your actions.
And a lot of the time you can’t even see how it’s playing out...
There’s half built funnels, abandoned marketing strategies and unfinished lead magnets…
There’s plenty of ideas, new offers, new resources, but a very apparent lack of completion.
Coupled with a pissy annoyance with yourself.
Your focus changes weekly. Your energy rocks from excitement to frustration way too often and you genuinely wonder if you’re the only one that experiences this level of business whiplash.
And it’s not because you don’t care, or you’re not smart enough, or you’re lost…
It’s because most of what you’re building….
❎ Is coming from frustration, from your growth strategies not fully landing.
❎ Is coming from confusion, from trying to fix the wrong problems.
❎ Is coming from overwhelm, from not knowing what to actually focus on.
❎ From reacting to whatever looks like the most urgent thing this week.
I was constantly rebuilding, offers, systems, content plans, roles & responsibilities for my staff…
Always tweaking. Always. so. damn. busy.
But nothing felt settled and like I “had it together”. My colour coded plans never really got the result I had hoped for. My profit margins were always tight and it felt like no matter what I did,
I was always trapped in this “I need more revenue and more clients” cycle which was honestly just so draining.
→ I’d change my content mid week.
→ Pivot a launch before it had a chance to land.
→ Second guess pricing. Redo entire plans.
→ It looked like I was being proactive, but really, I was panicking.
I thought I had a strategy problem. A visibility problem. A marketing gap...
→ It wasn’t a skill gap.
→ I knew what to do.
→ What I didn’t have was self trust as a business owner.
→ I didn’t trust my decisions long enough to let them work.
→ I didn’t trust my skills to deliver consistent results.
→ I didn’t trust that the foundation I’d built could hold when things got quiet, slow, or hard…
And I sure as shit didn’t trust that I could handle disappointment without blowing the whole thing up.
→ So I kept changing things.
→ Kept building from urgency instead of stability.
→ Kept starting over instead of sticking it out.
→ It wasn’t a strategy issue.
→ It was a depth issue.
→ A focus issue.
→ A stay-with-it-and-let-it-build-something-real issue.
I wasn’t bad at business...
You just haven’t given anything enough time, enough depth and enough structure to have it work. Because everything you start, you start from scarcity.
Or panic.
Or haste.
And that shit will never feel safe enough to last when it’s built on such shaky ground.
What we’re really talking about here?
You don’t need more tactics, you need to anchor the ones you’ve already got, and finally build a business that holds.
Not more layers... Not more noise... We’re filtering & getting rid of junk!
✅ Why you keep building in circles.
✅ Why the “new thing” always feels exciting but never actually fixes it.
✅ Why your retention isn’t growing even though your offers are stacked.
✅ Why you keep tinkering with your backend but still feel behind.
✅ Why the second things get hard or boring, you start sabotaging.
And how to finally stop doing that!
✅ The 3 founder patterns that quietly kill consistency (and how to rewire them).
✅ How to identify what your business actually needs, so you stop chasing shiny things.
✅ Lead generation principles that match your model, your capacity, and your market.
✅ Retention strategies built on value, delivery, and service, not discounts, dopamine or the next fun idea you have.
✅ Operational structure that protects your time, energy, and client experience.
✅ What to do when things feel flat, slow, or disconnected.
✅ The leadership identity required to hold focus. even when it’s boring, uncomfortable, or not "working" yet.
✅ A grounded understanding of what’s really blocking your business growth
✅ A practical lens to decide what to do next, and most importantly what to stop doing
✅ A clear map of the core business skills to focus on (and what to ignore for now)
✅ Tools to generate leads, hold clients longer, and make your operations work without chaos
✅ A stronger sense of self-trust, and a structure that helps you follow through on what you start
✅ You’ve been in business long enough to see the patterns, and you're ready to break them
✅ You’re mentally drained from constant second guessing and reactivity
✅ You want to build something profitable, stable, and truly sustainable, not just impressive from the outside
✅ You’re willing to look at the less sexy, but far more strategic parts of business: delivery, systems, decisions, leadership
When: Wednesday 20th August 12-2pm VIC AEST
Where: Zoom
Duration: 2 hours plus Q&A

This isn’t the kind of workshop you forget by next week.
It’s the one that makes you look at your business differently.
And yourself, too tbh.
Because once you’ve felt what steady actually feels like?
Once you’ve seen your own patterns, and stopped trying to fix the wrong things?
Once you’ve built something that doesn’t fall over every time it gets hard,
You don’t unsee that.
You stop the self destructive spirals.
You stop changing things just to feel busy.
You stop hoping the next thing will save you.
And you start actually running the business you say you want.
See you inside,
